One-Pot Sticky Chicken

Mmm, this is our favourite meal of the moment.

We saw it on Good Food Live one day, it's a recipe by Frank Bordoni. He calls it 'One-pan garlic & thyme chicken with sticky vegetables' (click for the recipe).

Whatever you call it, trust me, it'll warm the cockles of your heart!

I just love the fact that it's covered with brown paper, it's somehow so rustic and unpretentious and it reminds me of "brown paper parcels, tied up with string..." I normally make it in my cast iron pot, which makes it even more rustic, but I was making a large batch here. Maybe I'll update the pics later.
